Shipping policy

Shipping:

All orders are shipped using USPS and shipped within 3-5 business days (any changes to this will show on main page) from date order is placed.  A shipping confirmation email will be sent and include your tracking information.  Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking results to become available or update. Delivery time in the US can take 2-7 days depending on location and delivery time for international can take 1-4 Weeks depending on location. 

What if my tracking is lost, or shows delivered but I have not received it:

Unfortunately, EH Stickers will not be responsible for any lost packages. Once a package is picked up or turned in to USPS EH Stickers cannot be held responsible.  In the event that your package is lost please contact USPS directly.  Additionally, EH Stickers is not responsible for any “undelivered” items marked “delivered” by USPS.  However, if this is the case please contact USPS obtain more information on your package.  Once a claim with USPS is filed please send us a message and we will ensure another item is shipped out as quickly as possible. 

Taxes or Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EH Stickers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Free Shipping:

At this time free shipping is only good on US orders.  If your cart totals a minimum of $50 (any changes will show on main screen) you will be prompted with a option for free shipping at checkout.
